It's new release day at My Time Made Easy, and today the entire team is posting to show you Christmas Cards Made Easy! Everyone will have some simple, easy-to-duplicate cards to share with you today using the new stamp sets, papers and cut files! Hopefully these will inspire you to get busy on your cards for the upcoming holidays!
For my cards today, I have used the new Dashing Through the Snow stamp set and the whimsical snowflakes that come in the set! I just love these snowflakes.... they're kinda' lacy and have a country-feel to them. To make them sparkle, I pulled out my long-neglected Iridescent Ice embossing powder from Stampin' Up! I put all three snowflakes on one large acrylic blog, stamped them on my white cardstock using Versamark ink, then embossed with the Iridescent Ice. I stamped the "Holly Jolly" sentiment, also from the new stamp set, at the bottom using Versafine ink. Each card was then embellished with a piece of silver cardstock cut with a pinked edge, and some 12 Days of Snow Flakes paper which is actually a freebie download in the MTME store!
Be sure to visit Lauren's blog for all the new release details! Even in the midst of moving into her dream house, she's been busy with plenty of inspiration for you this week too, with the new releases! You don't want to miss anything! And then pop on over to the blogs of all the design team members for more inspiration! I promise you won't be disappointed!
Now, head on over to the MTME store and get what you need to get started on your Christmas cards! On your mark, get set..... GO!
Thanks for stopping by!
