Color Throwdown #261
Well, it’s Color Throwdown time again but we could easily change the title of today’s post to “Who Stole My Mojo?” Argh… I am in a very non-creative rut lately! I am not happy with my card for you today, but it is what it is…
I used the Retro Sketch #82 for my layout today, and the Clearly Sentimental about Success stamp set from My Favorite Things. For the little rocket ship, I grabbed my Die-Namics You Move Me die, then cut out a crescent moon with my Silhouette. I embossed the moon, then spritzed it with some Heirloom Gold Perfect Pearls spray. I also sprayed some silver shimmer on the rocket ship (but couldn’t get it to show in the photo) and added some rhinestones for more stars.
Be sure to stop by the CTD blog for all the challenge details today, and join us also in bidding farewell to Lynn Put as she moves on to other pursuits in life and stamping! We’ll miss her beautiful designs!

I think it's a great CAS card! Love the dotted blue night sky, with the gold star-studded panel!!
You're far too hard on yourself! This is a sweet card and I love the textured moon and rhinestone stars!
Wonderful color combo Tammy. Love the rich yellow and blue. Perfect for your card with the moon and the sky. Sweet!
How pretty, Tammy...I love how you embossed the moon and the sentiment is beautiful...your little blingy stars are the perfect detail!!!!
I do love that sentiment! The moon and little rocket are perfect with it.
Tammy, I love this! The colors are perfect for your scene and I love the sweet embossed moon and sparkly stars.
