Hello everyone! Well, after a little Bella-cation last week, we're back again with a Bellarific Friday challenge! This week our challenge is to use ribbon on your creation. OMGosh, I found this so hard to do.... NOT! Lately, my favorite ribbon to use is seam binding so I pulled out my big basket full of it and decided to pair this lush red binding with Veggiebella, and some "Garden Variety" papers from Cosmo Cricket! My image is colored with Copic markers on Bella's Bestest White cardstock.
My finished card size is 3 1/4" x 5 1/4". I love making cards this size, and need to remember to do more. The card base is the leftover cardstock from when I make 5" square cards, and this way it doesn't go to waste! With the "warm thanks" sentiment, I thought this might be a nice card to send to a neighbor when they share their harvest later in the summer! Or it could be included with a gift from our own harvest to say thanks to someone!
Be sure to stop over at Blogabella to see all the be-ribboned beauties today, and leave a comment! One lucky person who leaves a comment will win some Bella Bucks! AND why not join in the challenge for next week, because another lucky player will win Bella Bucks for joining us, too! The challenge next week is to use any of your Bella, or Stella stamps!
And, if you're really feeling lucky and ambitious there is still time to join us for the Forum Challenge! Check out the "Citrus Cool" challenge in the forum, and enter by July 14th to be eligible to win $25 in Bella Bucks!
