This card is for my wonderful Mom. Today was her last full day of being the Activity Director at the nursing home where she has worked for years and years, and now she begins semi-retirement! She has always been so great at what she does there... planning events, etc. and is so well-loved by everyone. Her replacement has very big shoes to fill! I wanted to make her a beautiful card to mark the occasion and to let her know how proud I am of the wonderful work she's done for the residents of the nursing home. If you know a resident or staff member of Fulton Manor in Wauseon, Ohio ask them if they know Kay, the activity director! I guarantee they'll have nothing but good things to say! My Mom is the best!

I love the daisy in purple! And with the green, it's gorgeous!
It's always great to get two cards make and sent, if your family is like mine they will save these beautiful cards forever.
I like "car" cards but have no car stamps, have you ever seen a Mustang car stamp?
Great color combos.
Pretty! The flowers are lovely in purple. What a special occasion to celebrate!
Hi, Tammy,
I'm a new member of SBS8 and I'm spending New Year's Eve @ home with the husband (as ususal) just browsing the Web. Happy New Year! Thought I'd look around some of the other SBS ladies' blogs! Love this card you made your Mom as I like paisley and green is my favorite color. Very pretty card; bet she loved it!!!
