Hey everyone, I have some fun, exciting news to share with you today! Last week, I got the most wonderful email from Cindy Coutts asking me to join a newly formed design team for the StopandScrap.com online store! How could I say no? StopandScrap.com is full of all the latest papers and accessories, and will soon be carrying more and more STAMPS, too... it was a no-brainer! And best of all, I am honored to be working beside some of the biggest rock stars around on this team, too!
StopandScrap.com has a tremendous and loyal scrapbooking clientele! However, we want all paper crafters to know about us. I have a lot of fun news for you today! Grab a cup o' joe and spend a few minutes with me. You won't be disappointed. You're going to find yourself returning daily to get your StopandScrap.com fix!
So then, let me get on with my card for today... I've used some of the newly released Prima "Doodle Deux" 6x6 papers and matching flower for my design! I just LOVE 6x6 paper pads for card makers because the print is smaller than what is on the 12x12 papers and just makes it so much more versatile on the smaller-scale cards. I also added some other detail to my card by embossing the background with a Cuttlebug folder and inking the cardstock edges to better match the papers. The stamp I've used, cut out with a Die-Namics die from My Favorite Things, is #FS1136-D "Friends Who Care" from Verses Rubber Stamps. The layout for my card is from the Sweet Sunday Sketch #158.
And now to introduce you to this amazing team....
So exciting! You just know they're going to do some wonderful scrapbook pages, cards, altered items, and more for you!
Keep reading -- I have a few more fun things to share with you! We already have some projects made and you are cordially invited to our first blog hop today! We have a prize from each design team member blog! The more you hop, the greater your chances are of winning a $20 gift certificate to the store!
