The weeks are still flyin' by and here we are again, ready for another Color Throwdown! This week, I am hosting the challenge and I chose these colors based on this pretty card I saw on my friend Kim Burmeister's blog.
For my card, I chose to use this beautiful sentiment that I grabbed this past weekend while working in the Rubbernecker booth at the AIS convention. I paired this with some REALLY yummy new paper that just arrived at the store yesterday from My Mind's Eye! The colors are just a little off from the ones I chose for the challenge, but I decided to use them anyway and show everyone that you don't have to use the exact colors... just whatever is similar, because as you can see my olive green ends up being more like sage since I chose to use these papers.
I hope you'll make some time to join us for this challenge! Be sure to leave a direct link to your creation on the Color Throwdown blog. If you need further inspiration, check out my Throwdown sisters' blogs!
