Flourishes Noontime Challenge

It's time for the first of the Noontime Challenges to celebrate Flourishes' August New Release.  This first challenge, A Bit of Texture is all about giving your card or creation a little texture! Add an embossed design... share a little glitter... how about Glossy Accents or a few sanded edges? This challenge is all about those little extras that give a card POP!

For my card, I'm again using the new Garden Picks stamp set and I've added some texture in several different ways.  To start with, I distressed the edges of my papers and inked them a little with some Antique Linen ink.  Then I added a bit of crocheted lace and a seam binding bow....

.... and some Glossy Accents to the jar, and a die-cut canvas butterfly!  (Thanks for the canvas, Bar!)

A few of the other Flourishes Designers have some textured inspiration for you today, too so be sure to visit....
