Snowy Delights with Flourishes


Can you believe it's almost time for another new release from Flourishes? It seems like we just got done with the wonderful new Christmas sets that were released last month and now it's time to show you some more! You're really going to love what's to come beginning on Tuesday and, just a hint... there's more than just stamps! SQUEEEE! HOW TO PLAY: It sparkles, shines and glistens on the landscape. Let’s capture some of that snowy sparkle on our cards or creations! Use glitter, Flower Soft, or any kind of bling that offers up a snowy feel! If you use a gallery with a keyword, please use FLLCNOV11. And remember to link up on this post on the Flourishes blog using the inlinkz widget in order to be in the running! You have until November 11th at 5PM EST to enter— so let’s get creative and make up some snowy delights!

For my card, I've added some snow to this evergreen from the Forest of Trees stamp set using some Liquid Applique and glitter. My tree is stamped on Flourishes Classic Ivory cardstock with Forest Moss Distress ink. I added a sentiment to my card on a Labels 14 Nestabilities and stamped snowflakes from the Warm Winter Wishes stamp set, and the designer papers I used here are My Mind's Eye.
For more sparkle and bling I added a die-cut snowflake coated with Distress "Rock Candy" Stickles, some gold Curling Sparkly ribbon and some clear rhinestones. Also hiding just below my tree and sentiment panel is a bit of Cotton Lace Trim in ecru.

    This is beautiful. I rarely use this set and need to ink it up. I love the paper you chose. It is perfect for this card. Great job.
