Alright everyone, let's get geared up for New Release week with Flourishes! Woohoo! And the Timeless Tuesday team is kicking things off today with the first sneak peek of FOUR fabulous new stamp sets! Please help us welcome.....
This beautiful new stamp set is chock-full of gorgeous, Vintage-looking Christmas ornaments to adorn your cards and other projects! And speaking of that, Cindy Haffner is our Timeless Tuesday challenge hostess today and her challenge is to create an ornament, or make a card with an ornament image.
For my card today, I used some old Basic Grey "Jovial" paper in my design. The sentiment is stamped on a pennant flag from the Nested Lacy Pennants Nestabilities, behind my branch and ornament is a Deckled Mega Rectangle Nestabilities die-cut and the bottom border is cut with a Classic Scallop Edgeabilities.
My ornament was colored with Copic markers on Flourishes Classic Ivory cardstock. Then I used a gold Spica glitter pen on the inside of the ornament and coated the whole thing with a layer of Glossy Accents. Now, there are several opportunities today to win THE ENTIRE NEW FOUR-STAMP-SET OCTOBER RELEASE, so be sure and stop over at the Flourishes blog for all the details! There will also be additional challenges on Wednesday and Thursday this week giving you MORE chances to win! (Flourishes has got to be THE most generous company out there, don't you agree?) So again, be sure to pop over to the Flourishes blog today and everyday this week for all the details!
In the meantime, be inspired by the Timeless Tuesday team today, as well as the Sr. Design team with sneak peeks for you to see of the new Holiday Sparkle stamp set!
Happy stamping, and thanks for stopping by today!
