Color Throwdown #128

Are you ready for another Color Throwdown? This week Laura is our hostess and we're all set to help you out with those last-minute Valentines you still need to make with these lovey-dovey colors! The design team has some GREAT inspiration for you, so be sure and stop by the Throwdown blog to see their cards, or visit their blogs (linked below).

I'm a little late, but I wanted to wait until this challenge to use the TCP Tuesday #144 challenge from last week for my card today, and use this new "It Had to be Mew" stamp set from The Cat's Pajamas. I just couldn't resist this set when I saw the awesome sentiments to go along with Sprinkle the Cat, who's all decked out for Valentine's Day! I added some bling to Sprinkles' color with some tiny pink gemstones, some glitter to the heart, and a little more sparkle on the hat band with a Spica glitter pen. My Sentiment Flag die from Lil' Inker Designs came in handy for the sentiment here, too!
Since my card base is black, I had to finish the inside too, adding a heart embellishment cut from my Heart Trio Cut-Ups die from TCP.
Stop and see what my Throwdown sisters have created to inspire you today...

Thanks a bunch for stopping by! I appreciate your visits so much! (And many thanks to everyone for the get well wishes yesterday.... I'm on the mend!)
