Time to Throwdown color again this week! Our hostess this week is Kristin, and she's chosen these pretty pastel shades to inspire you! Stop over at the Throwdown blog for all the challenge details!
For my card, I chose to use what is quickly becoming a favorite line of stamps for me, the ala' modes from My Favorite Things! This "Take Time" set was one I had not gotten inky yet, so I decided it was high time with today's challenge! She's paired with some papers from October Afternoon and Stampin' Up! to match today's color combo.
And speaking of My Favorite Things, did you attend the new release party last night in the MFT Forum on Splitcoaststampers? If you weren't there, you missed something quite exciting that happened to me halfway thru the evening! My challenge entry garnered me the position of being the February Guest Designer! I am SO excited for the chance to design alongside the fabulous MFT Team again! Yay!

This card is darling. I just spotted it on split coast and loved it. I may case this as the basis for a St. Patrick's Day card. I'm planning to replace her clock with a shamrock. Not sure how that will work out, but I'll give it a try. I love the sketch and placement of the scallops, ribbon and sentiment. Love it.
