Our Craft Lounge - New Release Day Blog Hop and Candy


Hello everyone, and welcome to New Release/Blog Hop day for Our Craft Lounge! I'm participating along with a group of fabulous stampers today to show you one more round of sneak peeks with the new stamps you can purchase later today! You can choose to buy your stamps directly from OCL, or choose any of these online and brick-and-mortar retailers!

The set I am sneak-peeking for you today is Tweet Trees, and you can see the full set below.
For my card, I decided to use a slightly modified version of the OCL Design Team sketch for today, and some new Echo Park papers! If you click on the photo for a close-up, you'll see that the background of the card was spritzed with Perfect Pearls for shimmer, and my little tree is cut-up and raised up on pop-dots for some added dimension! I was working away on my card and didn't really leave room for the sentiment on the front, so....
...I put it on the inside instead, along with a scalloped border sticker from the Echo Park paper kit.
I have a sweet friend who's going through a rough time lately, so I might just drop this in the mail to her to wish her a tree-ific day! :)
